Our Heating varnish for coating foils
Fully automatic inustrial coating of hydrophilic Substrate surfaces.
All of our CSG heating varnishes are suitable for processing on fully automatic coating systems. From 30 m to jumbo rolls with up to 2500 m are no problem. Customized heating elements can be punched out using layout specifications. Secondary printing using the screen printing process enables conductor tracks and electrodes for heating elements to be manufactured in large quantities.

Fully automatic industrial coating of hydrophilic substrate surfaces with screen printing systems on glass, plastic films or plasterboard.
With special layouts for printing screens, perfect heating elements for the entire automotive (electromobility) can be produced. The applications of our heating varnishes in the range of 1 - 50 and 50 - 220 volt operating voltage are limitless.
Directly printed on glass by screen printing, particularly inexpensive infrared heaters or overprinting of printed ciruit boards can be produced.
Our heating varnishes for the coating of walls, ceilings, panels and floors.
SMART heaters. Entire walls or wall segments in a residential property, industrial plant, animal farms etc. can be coated with our specially developed heating paints to get warming areas economic and environmatelly friendly.
The heating varnishes specially developed for this purpose are designed for safe, low-voltage operating voltages (5-50 volts). All electrical connection components, from the current strips (electrode strips), small parts to the power supply are offered from a single source.
