Laying heating pipes, radiator, hose or electrical cables under floor heating is definitely a thing of the past. 

With the ultimate heating varnishes from COATING SUISSE GmbH, surface heating systems - for 1000 and one application - are produced online using rolls or by screen printing. 

Comfortable thermal management means logical & economical heat management which ensures that the necessary heat is generated where it is actually needed and for as long as it is necessary or physically sensible. Electrically conductive lacquer is printed on special plastic films or mineral plates using screen printing or a rotary process - similar to the way a newspaper is produced. 

The layout of the printed image corresponds to the intended use of the printed panel radiator (floors, wall, ceiling, table, (heating / warming plates) car, plane, trains, mirrors, battery, electric motors, wind turbines, pharmaceutical, clinical or biological applications). Our heating varnishes in the form of printed heaters are even used in animal husbandry (incubators and stable thermal conditioning). 

After the varnish has dried, the printed foils are laminated in part, depending on the application, under high pressure and vacuum. With the electrical connection cable configured, the panel radiator is ready for installation. 

Printed surface heating systems are completely independent of whether it is operated with solar power, battery, biogas power generator or mains voltage.
